List of things to do that will help when you feel like ....

Here is a list of things you can do to turn it all around

1. Step outside

2. Take a walk, ride your bike, hula hoop, skate

3.  Listen to your favorite music

4.  Go see a movie.

5.  Take an epsom salts bath, or at least soak your feet in a large bowl with epsom salts

6.  Pet a dog or a cat.  pet therapy is amazing

7.  Make a gratuity list.  List all of the things that you do have.  Give thanks.  

8.  Take a nap

9.  Volunteer to help someone that needs it. 

10.  enjoy a massage
